Shinrin-yoku Forest Medicine for the Soul

Sometimes when the city becomes too much for my brain and nervous system to handle, I quietly steal away to the forest. Simply being with the presence of the trees and earth more than heals the soul, it brings it back into its rich inner knowing that there's much more to life than schedules and bills.

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is the act of mindfully walking through a forest, letting its towering atmosphere bath you in a yummy and green invisible elixir of life as you slowly travel through its majesty.

"Into my soul moss rolled smoothly and directly." ~ Lassona Williams
