Oh my goodness! It's high time that I shared this beautiful podcast made last May in NYC with the gorgeous Elle Bee! It was a fun and candid conversation about natural healing and the hands-on sessions I offered at my previous healing space on St. Mark's. I've since moved and upgraded my offerings to remote sessions here in Okinawa which you can read more about here.
I can wholeheartedly relate to Elle Bee's experience as a relative newbie entering into the brave new world of the healing arts. There can be so many questions about what the hell is going on! This is so natural and I'm beyond glad to have this podcast to share with others who might have similar questions or even fears around opening up to the spiritual world.
I remember the day we recorded this too! I was feeling a bit ungrounded from the stresses of the city and the day, and also nervous about recording the podcast, but as soon as we started I felt all our spirit guides come into the room and I was completely lit up the entire time. Afterwards I felt right as rain, and just so grateful and honored to be invited onto her show! There's so much medicine in this recording, I just know there's a little something for everyone here.
I share a bit about my experience in Peru with members of the Shipibo tribe, and my shamanic initiation there with Maestra Olivia (shown above). This was a profound experience for me that continues to heal me and all those I share it with. I love talking about the Maestra because her essence is the epitome of all that I wish to be in the world - full of innocence and sweetness, and also unrelenting devotion to the earth and all her sacred medicina. And whenever I talk about her, she comes through. :)
If you're new to the healing arts or to my Mystic Medicine Healing sessions, or just want to know more about what it's all about, I highly recommend sitting back, taking some time out for yourself, and giving this episode a listen.
Much Love and Light my brothers and sisters!
